Bingka SukuN


Buah SUKUN dalam kategori buah bermusim. Dari buah ini boleh di pelbagaikan masakan seperti.. ~ Cucur Sukun~ Bubur Sukun dan Bingka Sukun. Kali ini Ma menghasilkan Bingka Sukun untuk teman2 yang ingin mencuba resipi ini...



Ini lah hasil Bingka Sukun yang dah siap. Rasa yang enak, sedap dan berlemak.

Resipi:
Bahan:
200gm Tepong gandum
600gm Santan (2 pkts santan + 600gm air)
400gm Sukun yang dah masak (d lenyek2kan)
200gm Gula
4 biji telor
30gm mentega cair
sedikit garam
sedikit bijan untuk taburan

Cara:

Buah sukun dan gula di gaulkan sampai sebati.
Kemudian masukkan telor satu persatu, tepong gandum, santan dan garam. Di gaul rata.
Akhir sekali masukkan mentega cair.
Tapiskan dan masukkan ke dalam acuan. Tabur bijan di atasnya sebelum d bakar.
Bakar dgn suhu 180 selama 4o minits, sehingga masak.

Jemput - Jemput Nasi Ikan BILIS.


Jemput2 Nasi Ikan Bilis ni tak pernah dengar dan tak pernah merasa. Terima kasih pada teman yang sudi memberi resipi.....

Texture nya begitu lembut dan sangat sedap ...

Resipi::
Bahan-Bahan
  • 2 cwn nasi
  • 2 cwn air
  • 1 biji bwg besar
  • 2 biji bwg putih
  • 1/2 cwn ikan bilis
  • 2 1/2 cwn tepung gandum
  • 1 biji lada besar dihiris nipis (jika suka)
  • Daun sup/bawang (di hiris halus)
  • sedikit garam
  • Minyak untuk mengoreng

Cara Membuatnya
  1. Blend nasi bersama air, masukkan sekali ikan bilis, bwg putih dan bwg besar...kisar sebati.
  2. Masukkan tepung gandum ke dlm bekas dan tuangkan bahan2 kisar tadi...gaul sebati.
  3. Campurkan semua bahan2 hirisan, garam dan gaul sebati.
  4. Panaskan minyak dan goreng adunan cucur hingga masak.

Chiffon Cheese Cake

Semalam mencari-cari resipi chiffon cake... melayari internet.. terjumpa satu resipi ~ Chiffon Cheese Cake. Hari ini mencuba.... texture kek nya terlalu lembut dan bahan2nya simple and mudah di perolehi. Jom sesiapa yang mahu mencuba ..silakan ya.... :)

Resipi:

Bahan A
60 ml susu cair
40 gm krim cheese
25 gm mentega

Bahan B
65 gm tepong gandum
4 biji telor kuning (dipukul sedikit)

Bahan C
4 biji putih telor
100 gm guka caster
1/8 tsp garam halus
1/8 tsp krim of tartar

CARA:
1. Panaskan ketuhar suhu 160 C
2. Satukan A & masak secara double boiler sehingga sebati dan pekat
3. Angkat dan masukkan kedalam B, gaul sehingga sebati, whisk hingga licin dan tidak berketul.
4 Pukul bahan C hingga kembang dan kental kemudian masukkan kedalam B & kaup balikkan hingga sebati.
5. Tuang kedalam loyang 9". Bakar selama 35 - 40 minit.

Garlic Roll Bread


Keinginan untuk membuat Garlic Roll Bread sudah tercapai.... Mencari dan mencari resipi dari internet akhirnya berjumpa juga....


Ingredients:

Plain Flour - 1.5 cups
Warm Water- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Yeast - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp

For Garlic Spread:
Salted butter, at room temperature - 6 tbsp
Minced garlic - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

How I Made It:

1. Mix flour, yeast, warm water, salt and sugar together until you get a smooth, slightly stick dough.

2. Add oil to your fingertips and knead until the dough springs back when you press with your fingers - about 4-5 mins.

3. Wrap in cling film and allow to double by keeping in a warm place for about 45 mins. Meanwhile, make the garlic spread by simpy mixing all the ingredients.

4. Grease a baking pan or loaf tin with olive oil. I used my Pyrex loaf pan which was the perfect size for 8 mini garlic rolls.

5. Knock down the air in the dough and divide the dough into two equal portions.

6. Transfer one portion of the dough to a floured surface and roll gently into a rough
rectangle of 1/2" thickness. Apply more flour sparingly if sticky.

7. Spread about 2 tbsp of garlic spread on one side.

8. Roll from one end gently and firmly.

9. Cut into half and then each half again into two halves to get 4 equal portions.

10. Now place the rolls with the cut side up in the greased pan.
Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough.

11. Spread a little milk on the rolls and add the remaining garlic spread on top. I am sure sesame seeds as Suhaina has added will make the flavour even better but I didn't have any.

12. Allow to rise for another 20 minutes. In the mean time preheat the oven to 180C / 375F.

13. Bake for about 30 mins until the top is golden brown. My Pyrex glass pan usually takes longer to bake in, so mine took about 35 mins to bake just right.

These are really really soft and have an amazing flavour. Serve fresh and HOT!!...


Spiral Potatoes



Suka mencuba resipi baru.... kini sudah dapat membuat " Spiral Potato " sendiri.


Ingredients

Small Potatoes, scrubbed
Skewers
Sea Salt
Oil for deep-frying

Method

Cut one end of the potato and put the cut side on a cutting board.
After the slicing the whole potato , gently fan-out the potato until you have an even gap between the slices that gives you the spiral.

Then, proceed to deep-fry the potatoes. Drain the potatoes on a paper towel, and season lightly with some sea salt. Serve immediately.
